Sheraton Brooklyn Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay overall, but the beds were a bit softer than we prefer. Everything else was wonderful!

I stay at this hotel every year during my trips to New York, and it never disappoints! The location is absolutely ideal for everything I need to do in the city. I can't imagine staying anywhere else—this will definitely remain my go-to hotel for future visits.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Brooklyn! If you're planning to explore the city by subway, you'll love how convenient it is—there's a great station just minutes away, right across the street. Plus, you'll have easy access to so many fantastic attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area.

We were disappointed to find no ice machines or vending options on our floor (25th). Every time we needed something, we had to make the trip down to the 2nd floor, which wasn't very convenient. It would be great if they could add these amenities to higher floors for guest convenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, and the location couldn't have been better for my needs. What really stood out was the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Highly recommend!
